Opened products may not be returned

If Products are damaged during shipping a claim should be filed on your behalf to the carrier which damaged your package. We will not refund or exchange bars or food items in which customers claims bar/food is damaged or melted.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days to store location or by mail for full credit minus shipping charges and a $10 restocking fee.

To return the item(s) by mail, simply send them in a carefully sealed box to:
